Audi Brussels is a production site located at the heart of Europe and part of the Audi Group. We started to produce the A1 in 2010. As of 2018, Audi Brussels is the very first Audi-site to produce an all-electric car, the Audi e-tron, but also its high voltage battery.

Function

• You assist in the daily operations of Global Assignments for Impatriates and Expatriates (HR support, visa applications, housing, health insurance, onboarding, invoicing, etc).
• You provide support in the management of new HR projects.
• You participate in the design of new processes and the adaptation of existing ones.
• You support the department in their daily lives, analysis of data and reporting.

Profile

• You are currently studying in the humanities, social sciences or similar.
• You have good analytical skills as well as a structured, autonomous and reliable working method.
• You have strong communication skills and you show initiative, flexibility and commitment.
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office software, knowledge of SAP is an asset.
• You speak French, Dutch, German or English and have good knowledge in at least one of the other languages.
